Key Facts

The Highland HSCP is one of two partnerships providing NHS Highland operational front-line services to a population of around 235,000 and follows a lead agency model (while the Argyll & Bute IJB follows the rest of Scotland in operating a corporate body model). It covers the same area as the Highland Council and is split into two localities – North and West, and the Inner Moray Forth. As of July 2018 there were 65 GP surgeries in the area.
