NHS 24 provides national telephone advice for people needing health information outside of normal working hours. It provides a range of services including a variety of self-help guides; breathing space; care information Scotland; quit your way Scotland; the MSK helpline; and the 111 telephone service which provides urgent health advice out of hours, when GP or dental practices are closed.
